Registration & Fee

REGISTRATION

Only registered delegates will participate at the scientific sessions. Participants are kindly requested to fill the registration form and send it back to the correspondence address by e-mail (preferred) or fax before April 1^st, 2015.

WORKSHOP FEES

75 Euro – Academic participants

50 Euro – Student (Student ID or official letter of University must be provided)

150 Euro - Participants from industry –stand

200 Euro – Participants from industry – stand and presentation

25 Euro- Accompanying person

A publication fee of 25 Euro will be paid by people unable to attend the workshop in person, this covering the publishing and postal expenses for all published materials of the workshop.

Full registration fee includes: workshop organization, workshop bag, Program and Book of abstracts, workshop dinner, coffee breaks.

After the payment please send us a copy of the bank transfer by e-mail at the address: secretariat.fce2015@gmail.com

A student ID or an official letter of your University must be provided for Student fee of 50 Euro.

No facilities for payment by credit card are available.

INSURANCE

The Workshop organizers cannot be held responsible for any personal accident or damage to the property of the participants.

INVOICE

In case you need an invoice or receipt, please, let us know about this before the WORKSHOP. The invoice will be issued for the person who will effect the payment.

Policy for cancellation
Confirmed registrants canceling after May 1st, 2015, will lose their entire registration fees. Cancellation before May 1st, 2015 will allow 50% refund of the registration fee.

PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with privacy regulations the organizers state that the information you supply will only be used for the purpose of organizing this and following workshops in this series. Your data will not be made available to any other person or organization for commercial use.
